At Seine Studios LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”), we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and bookings. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains your rights and responsibilities.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Products Purchased via Shopify
1.1 Right to Cancel / Return
• You may cancel or return most products within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
• Returns are not free; customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• You must contact us before returning items to receive return instructions.
1.2 Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Safely packaged for return
• Accompanied by order details
Non-returnable (hygiene reasons once opened):
• Grip socks
• Hair accessories (e.g. scrunchies)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
1.3 Faulty or Incorrect Products
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Include photos and order details
We will provide a full refund, including original shipping costs, once the item has been returned to us and inspected.
We may provide instructions for returning the item, and in some cases may cover reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
1.4 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
1.5 In-Studio Purchases
In-studio purchases are non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
2. Pilates Classes, Memberships, and Passes (Mindbody)
2.1 Bookings
All classes must be booked in advance via Mindbody and are subject to availability.
2.2 Class Packs
• Non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable
• Expiry begins from the first class booked
• Unused classes expire automatically after the validity period
2.3 Memberships
• Minimum 6-month commitment period
• Continue on a rolling monthly basis thereafter
• 30 days’ written notice required to cancel
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not roll over
• Memberships cannot be paused or frozen
2.4 Class Cancellation Policy
• Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty
• Cancellations within 12 hours will result in loss of the class credit
2.5 No-Shows
Failure to attend a class without cancelling will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
2.6 Late Arrivals
Late entry may not be permitted for safety reasons.
If you are unable to attend due to late arrival, the session will be treated as a late cancellation and the class credit will be forfeited.
2.7 Waitlist
If you join a waitlist and are added to a class, standard cancellation terms apply.
2.8 Exceptions
Exceptions to cancellation terms may be made at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency).
3. Refund Processing
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods and confirming they meet return conditions
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Proof of return may be required
4. Non-Refundable Items
• Hygiene items once opened (grip socks, scrunchies, etc.)
• Used memberships or class credits
• Expired class packs
