Midday Reset & Refuel

A full body reset designed to re-energise and refocus your day. Expect controlled movements to build strength, improve posture, and release tension from sitting or screen time. Perfect for a lunchtime break, this class will leave you feeling stronger, clearer, and ready to take on the rest of your day.
