About the Studio

You'll find us at 55-57 Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG1 3FH, a central Nottingham location on the northern edge of the city centre, within walking distance of the main retail, university, and entertainment areas.

By Car

Pay & display on-street parking is available on Mansfield Road, Forest Road, Huntingdon Street, and Stoney Street. For longer stays, NCP and council car parks are nearby, including Mount Street, Maid Marian Way, and Broad Marsh. Victoria Centre car park is also directly opposite the studio for easy access.

By Bus

Several bus stops are a short walk from the studio on Mansfield Road, including York House and Woodborough Road. Buses connect easily to Nottingham city centre and surrounding areas.

By Tram

The nearest tram stops are NTU (Goldsmith Street) and Royal Centre, around 5–10 minutes’ walk.

Yes, there is plenty of on-street pay and display parking in the surrounding area. For example on North Sherwood Street, Clarendon Street and Talbot Street (1–3 minute walk). Most bays allow stays of 2 hours or longer via RingGo.

This class is ideal for those wanting a full-body workout and a bit of a challenge.

Restore

Restore is an evening class designed to slow the pace and support recovery. With an emphasis on breath, gentle movement, and deep stretching, this class helps release tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. Restore invites you to unwind, reconnect, and return to balance. This class is ideal for recovery or those newer to the method.

Getting Started

No, our classes are open to all levels, including beginners. Our expert instructors guide you through each movement and offer modifications where needed, so you can feel comfortable and supported regardless of your experience.

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Restore class to become familiar with the machine and movement style.

Absolutely. Our classes are suitable for all levels, and our expert instructors offer guidance and modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Yes, all equipment needed for the class is provided at the studio.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for hygiene and stability and are available to purchase either on our website or in the studio upon arrival.

For your class, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in, get set up and settle in. You’re also welcome to arrive earlier or stay after class, as our café is open to enjoy a coffee, catch up with friends, or simply unwind before or after your session.

Booking and Attendance

Yes, all classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Spaces are limited to ensure a high-quality experience for every client.

You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before class without a fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full / deducted from your pass or membership.

Health & Modifications

Yes, Pilates is often recommended as a low-impact way to build strength, stability, and mobility.

Please let your instructor know about any injuries before class so they can offer appropriate modifications or alternative exercises. If you are recovering from a recent or serious injury, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional first.

We’d love to support you during your pregnancy, however we recommend contacting us before booking.

We have instructors with pre and postnatal qualifications who can safely guide you, and we’ll make sure you’re booked into the most appropriate sessions for your stage of pregnancy.

Please note that not all classes or instructors are suitable during pregnancy, so it’s important to speak with us first.

If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor or midwife before attending.

Absolutely. Our instructors provide modifications and progressions so that everyone can work at a level that feels safe and supportive for their body.
